We will carefully review your property and we will ensure that everything works correctly, and in case of breakdown, we will immediately undertake the necessary repairs.

On the other hand, we will also pay your utility bills: e.g. electricity, water, local property tax, garbage collection, insurance policies, capital gain tax, etc. Our Tax Consultant Office will control everything for you. PAR also put at your disposal the “Welcome Service”, through which we will ensure your home is as you left it. We will fill your fridge, clean your house, prepare the gas in the kitchen, change the towels and sheets and, if required, select the suitable temperature for your return. |
