Ercros close five factories

The chemistrygroup Ercros has announced that untill 2010 five factories are going to close.They will dismiss 355 workers (which is more as the half).The boss Antoni Zabalza says that the plan of redevelopment is to shut down the factories in Monzòn (Huesca),Sant Celionio(Cantabria),Huelva (Andalusia) and Silla and Catadau (Valencia) for more concentration of the profitable products and to lower the raw material.In settlement of they want to expand the factories in Almussafes (Valencia),Tortosa (Tarragona) and Sabiñànigo (Aragòn).

Game Over

The company E.on has given up.The battle to take over the Endesagroup is over.The entrance of Acciona and Enel has rendered their final aim to obtain a majority in Endesa impossible.However E.on has reached an agreement with Acciona and Enel by which E.on will take over Endesas activities in Italy and France.

Enel will give up its participations in Poland and Turkey, and will hand over the spanish power supplies Viesgo(cantabria) to E.on.Endesa will be split up and E.ons share price is already climbing rapidley.

Airbus laid off 447 jobs

Airbus announced now already how the dismisses will be divide in.The most dismisses will be in France (4.593), Germany (3.466) and Great Britain (1.509).In Spain there will be just 447 jobs laid off,334 in the main company in Getafe (Madrid),65 in Illescos (Toledo) and 48 in Puerto Real (Cadiz).
